If your reading doesn't feel right for you, email us within 24 hours of purchase at hello@luminapalm.com and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

How it works

• Send the email address you purchased with (and your order number, if handy).
• Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

After 24 hours

We'll still look at every request individually — reach out and we'll find a fair solution.

Your statutory rights

This voluntary policy does not limit any statutory rights you have. Note that you expressly agreed to immediate delivery at checkout, which ends the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
