1. What you're buying

Lumina Palm creates a personalized digital reading based on a photo of your palm, your quiz answers, and your birth date. It is a one-time digital purchase — no subscription, no recurring charges.

2. Nature of the service

Readings are offered for reflection, self-discovery, and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no statements about specific life events or outcomes are made or implied. Please consult a qualified professional for advice in those areas.

3. Delivery & right of withdrawal

Your reading is delivered immediately after payment. At checkout you expressly agree to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Our voluntary 24-hour goodwill refund (see Refund Policy) is unaffected.

4. Your input

You confirm the palm photo you upload shows your own hand and that the details you provide are accurate. Each reading is created individually for you and may not be resold.

5. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this kind of contract. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility.

6. Governing law

Estonian law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
